Greg Wright

As director of business development, Greg Wright leads Fairway Construction’s efforts to originate new business opportunities with clients and partners across multifamily and related real estate endeavors. Greg brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment banking, development, and construction leadership to the team. His extensive background includes multifamily development, Low Income Housing Tax Credit financing, student housing, property acquisitions and complex capital market transactions.

Prior to joining FWC, Greg served as owner and president of a boutique construction company, where he oversaw the company’s growth from nine to over thirty employees and expanded operations into a 33,000-square-foot production facility. Previously, Greg held LIHTC leadership positions across the Southeast and Southwest, where he led the development and financing of multifamily properties, managed portfolio acquisition, development, and construction. Greg received a Master of Business Administration in finance from The University of Alabama and B.S. in economics from Vanderbilt University.
