As the Director of Pre-Construction with over 13 years of experience, Graeme is fueled by a relentless pursuit of comprehensive understanding in construction and a passion for streamlining processes. Motivated by the desire to gain deep insights into his work, he continuously seeks to expand his knowledge base. His commitment to simplifying complex processes drives him to identify inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Prior to joining Fairway Construction, Graeme worked as a Senior Estimator and received a Bachelor of Science in Building Sciences from Auburn University.
