Steven Dunlop
Steven Dunlop brings 18 years of construction experience to the Fairway Construction team. His experience as a superintendent, owner’s representative, project manager and department director provides him with a full picture understanding of the construction process. Before joining Fairway Construction, Steven served as a Project Manager and then Senior Director of Construction Services focusing on the Multifamily Capex for over 8 years. Steven received a BS in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology graduating with honors.
