Fairway Construction Co., Inc., founded in 1984, is a construction company with expertise in building multi-family and senior housing, skilled nursing care centers and historic renovations for conventional and affordable housing markets. Due to our reputation for consistently completing quality developments on time and within budget, FWC has expanded construction developments throughout the years and also provides project management and consulting services.
