The Legacy at Vine City Top Off Event

Recently, The Oasis of Vine City, Inc., a community development corporation of Higher Ground Empowerment Center Church, celebrated the halfway mark of the construction of The Legacy at Vine City with a Top Off Event.

The Legacy at Vine City will be a new affordable senior housing community in Atlanta, Georgia. This development will help provide homes to those living in some of Atlanta’s most underserved communities.
