The monthly new hire orientation took place in the beginning of May in Columbia, Missouri. Please welcome our new employees to the JES Holdings family of companies!
JOE BYRD
Leasing Specialist – Affordable Equity Partners
Joe joined the Leasing Team in December and began working on FWM’s first property in Oklahoma, Walnut Park Manor. In this position, he is responsible for marketing the property to the community and finding qualified potential residents. Previously, he worked as a Leasing Associate for a student housing complex in Statesboro, Georgia. Joe holds a degree in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University.
STEPHANIE GETEK
Regional Manager – Fairway Management
Stephanie started with the FWM team in April. As a Regional Manager, she oversees the daily operations of 26 properties in the Southeast II region. Stephanie has worked in the housing industry since graduating high school. After starting as a Leasing Specialist, she worked her way up through various positions. Stephanie enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her family.
TRACY HARGROVE
Property Manager – Camelot Place
Tracy started as the Camelot Place Property Manager in April. In this position, she collects rent, administers recertifications for current residents, processes new applicants, oversees daily operations and ensures the property remains in great condition. Previously, Tracy managed residential rental properties and ran a children’s day care. She loves going to church and being with family.
DONNA LAMPKIN
Property Manager – Norwich Commons
Donna joined the FWM team in April. She describes her responsibilities as having four areas of focus: marketing and financials; residents and occupancy; facility oversight; and risk management. Donna holds an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. In her previous position, Donna worked as an Assistant Branch Manager and supervised three full-time employees.
DAVE SAMORIAN
Assistant Development Coordinator – Dev Co.
Dave started as the Assistant Development Coordinator in May. In this position, he handles various administrative tasks and assists the Development Team on current projects. Prior to working for JES, Dave’s career was focused around compliance and financial services management. Dave attended Missouri State University to major in Musical Theatre and spends his free time writing and playing music.
LASHONDRA SMITH
Property Manager – Pine Ridge and Ridgefield Place
LaShondra joined FWM as a Property Manager in April. In this position, she is responsible for collecting rent, interacting with residents, administering recertifications and ensuring a high occupancy rate. She is currently attending Southern Regional Technical College, working towards her Business Management degree. LaShondra has four years of experience in Property Management.
JOSH WINANS
Project Superintendent – Fairway Construction
Josh joined the FWC team at the beginning of May. He is responsible for managing all sub-contractor activities on the job site, including scheduling and quality control. He is also responsible for making sure all inspections are completed for the project. Josh is a Journeyman Carpenter and has worked on various types of construction sites. In his free time, Josh enjoys fishing, hunting and relaxing at the beach.
