GraceLife Chapel Works With Ashton Village to Meet Resident Needs
Recently, Ashton Village Service Coordinator Jessica Harris has been working to build local partnerships to help improve our residents’ quality of life and ensure that all basic needs of our residents are met.
Ashton Village is a Fairway Management affordable family community located in Pevely, Missouri. The community has 120 one, two and three bedroom apartment homes and is made possible through the federal and state Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programs.
Gracelife Chapel, a local church, is one example of a new relationship Harris has formed in benefit of our residents.
On January 21, Gracelife Chapel brought food boxes with five days of breakfast and lunches to be given to children living in the community that were impacted by the switch to virtual learning. Then, on January 26, the chapel returned with 140 gallons of milk to be distributed to Ashton Village residents.
Thank you to Gracelife Chapel for their generous donations to our residents! Our residents are extremely thankful and reported that these distributions were very helpful to their households.
Harris and Gracelife Chapel plan to continue to work together in the future to provide creative solutions to assist resident needs.
