Construction Update: The Village of Bedford Walk

Construction crews have been very busy at the southwest corner of Nifong and Bethel. The large multi-story building is coming together beautifully. All framing is complete, the roof is on, the windows are installed and the electrical and plumbing have been roughed in. Sheetrock is being added in the interior and concrete surfaces are being paved. The exterior coverings including stone, brick and stucco are in progress.
The villa buildings are also making progress. All nine have been framed with eight of the nine having roofs completed. The first completed villa building is now home to residents and our leasing office. The second building will be finished and ready for move in after this week.
